Maintenance

The pods are made from a wet painted plywood and 4mm polycarbonate. Care and maintenance will ensure they remain in good condition for years to come.

‘Touch up’ paint is supplied and should be used on the ‘touch points’ i.e. the door, door threshold, door frame and some areas around the perimeter of the floor inside..
Stainless steel fixings ensure low maintenance, but some are zinc plated and these would benefit from a wipe down with a light oil annually.
Only wash the polycarbonate when it’s dirty to keep the clear layer in fine order.
The polycarbonate can be easily cleaned utilising a soft cloth made from 100% cotton or clean lint free microfiber cloth with lukewarm water.
If a panel is damaged or harshly scratched, it can be unbolted and replaced if required.
